9riAcion LLC — ASHIYA, JAPAN

Human interfaces.Rigorous foundations.

From systems used in healthcare to research that re-examines the assumptions behind identity and communication, 9riAcion creates interfaces that feel natural and foundations that can be understood.

01 — FOUNDATIONAL RESEARCH

RESEARCH

Routes can change. Identity should persist.

OpenRoot studies how digital identity can remain distinct from location and network paths, so the same entity can still be verified as routes and transports change.

In one controlled physical experiment, authenticated Message / ACK exchange succeeded 30 out of 30 times over a single non-IP audio-cable path. This is a bounded experimental result, not a production deployment.

02 — HEALTHCARE WORKFLOWS

IN DEVELOPMENT / CONTROLLED PILOT

Familiar for patients. Explicit at every boundary.

Maison Care is a healthcare and pharmacy workflow platform in development. LINE provides a familiar entrance for navigation, reservations, and notifications, while medical data, video, payment, and audit state remain within controlled services.

The team has implemented and tested foundations for reservations, consent, tenant separation, and consultation workflows, alongside a controlled LINE pilot using synthetic data.

RESILIENCE R&D

RESEARCH DIRECTION

Designed for Continuity.

How can people and information remain connected as network conditions change? This research direction begins with OpenRoot, then carefully connects voice, local assistance, and continuity of care.

EVIDENCE TODAY

  • A bounded OpenRoot non-IP physical experiment
  • Voice communication through MINAWA
  • Local voice interaction research in Clara
  • Healthcare and pharmacy workflow design

RESEARCH AHEAD

Future work will investigate continuity across multiple routes, constrained local assistance, and care coordination in measured stages. It is not a finished disaster-response product.

SYSTEMS WE BUILD

Operational software, built for real work.

Alongside research and our own products, 9riAcion designs and develops web systems that support the daily work of organisations and events.

OPERATIONAL EVIDENCE

Ashiya Blues Carnival platform

Performer registration, profile management, operations dashboards, FAQs and information flows, and administrative work are organised as one maintained operating system.

VOICE & HUMAN INTERFACES

Voice at the centre of connection.

Voice is an interface 9riAcion has explored in several forms: human to human in MINAWA, one to many through Ashiya Radio, and human to agent in Clara. Each relationship calls for a different kind of attention.

LIVE — iOS

MINAWA

A public voice-first social platform for posts, Whispers, calls, and live Stages.

OPERATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Ashiya Radio

Internet radio and community broadcasting experience extending back to 2020.

PRIVATE R&D / LOCAL ALPHA

CIARI / Clara

Research into voice interaction between people and locally executed agents.

PROTOCOL / INFRASTRUCTURE

INFRASTRUCTURE / RESEARCH

Follow the chain. Keep the evidence.

TSUNAGI is Zig-native Cardano infrastructure research spanning chain following, state verification, protocol behaviour, and operational evidence. A public Preview demonstration recorded 41 followed, persisted, and visible blocks as of 18 June 2026.

COMPANY MOTTO

We make imagination real.

Care, learning, resilience, community and culture are not separate company identities. They are fields in which 9riAcion turns useful ideas into systems that feel natural to people and remain rigorous underneath. The work starts in Ashiya and is built to travel further.
