WORLD-FIRST ARCHITECTURE

RESEARCH

Architecture research

A digital world designed around continuity.

Another Dimension researches a digital world whose identity and permitted local state are defined independently of continuous Internet connectivity. It begins with the rules a world should obey through separation, delay and later reunion, before choosing its implementation technologies.

CONCEPT — DESIGN ORDER

  1. 01WORLD
  2. 02LAWS
  3. 03BEHAVIOR
  4. 04IMPLEMENTATION

WHY

World first → laws → behavior → implementation.

The architecture treats disconnection as an expected condition. It distinguishes what an object is, where it currently resides and who is permitted to use it. When separated participants meet again, the design aims to preserve evidence and uncertainty rather than invent agreement.

SYSTEM

The order of the design.

Each step is decided before the next: what the world is, which laws it keeps, how participants behave under those laws, and only then which technologies implement them. Names such as Particle and Field are architectural vocabulary, not physics claims or quantum hardware.

DESIGN PRINCIPLES

Design principles.

Continuity
Distinguish identity and permitted state from a current server or route.
Bounded authority
Carrying an object does not grant permission to read it.
Local participation
Study what a participant can safely preserve when connectivity and resources are limited.
Replaceable infrastructure
Select networks, storage, cryptography and proof systems to meet defined requirements.

ACCEPTED ARCHITECTURE

Accepted architecture milestones.

Private technical record (reviewed for the website on 2026-10-17)
Limits
  • Excludes transport implementation, identity and cryptographic mechanisms, the reconstruction algorithm, simulator runtime, Reunion and global convergence.
  • FP-02 and later formal work remain research and are not accepted.

Governance Amendment 0001

Result
Governance Amendment 0001 accepted and frozen as the standing-ratification mechanism for ordinary milestones.

Limits
  • Defines a mechanism only: no standing grant has been issued and it has not been activated.
  • No evidence custodian has been independently qualified.

PROOF / STATUS

What remains research.

These milestones record accepted architecture and governance. Operating a world, completing a simulator and experimentally proving security remain separate goals, and nothing here is a running system.

NEXT

Where the research stands.

The world model remains distinct from any particular transport, blockchain, server or AI system. Downstream work proceeds as research under the accepted governance; a later milestone will be shown only after its own acceptance, with its scope and limits.
